1. Heating charges (on demand) Rs. 6000.00 Per heater
2.25 percent advance is required to book the function & 50 percent is required to be paid one week before the function.
3. In case of cancellation, 25 percent of advance will not be refunded.
4. Hall charges Rs. 50000.00 will be charged for less than 250 persons. No exception. 5. Stage is not included in hall rent. Extra charges will be applied to get the stage of your choice or for existing stage.
6. The client must adhere to the timings the venue is booked; extra charges will be applied for the time exceeding the scheduled time. Rupees 30000.00 will be charged per hour extra for over time other than the reserved time.
7. Flowers arrangement & dj’s system will be charged separately.
8. Only Sultanat Marquee’s designated vendor is allowed for preparation of stage and other decorations.

10. Please provide the copy of CNIC at the time of booking.
11. Mode of payment is cash or online deposit only. Cheque is not accepted.
12. In Sultanat we have our own catering services we do not allow external caterer or outside chefs to prepare the food.
13. Guest are strictly prohibited from entering service areas, including the kitchen, service rooms, storage rooms and staff lounges before, during and after the event. These areas are for authorized persons only. The restriction is in place to ensure safety of guest and staff, as well as to maintain hygiene and prevent disruptions in food preparation and service.
14. Children of all ages are welcome to the event. However, parents or guardians are responsible to supervise their children’s at all times, parent and guardians must ensure their children do not disturb other guests and interfere with the events proceedings.
15. For the safety of our guests, staff and premises, fire work, firing or ammunition are not allowed in the venue.
16. Managements will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings and vehicles.
17. All rates mentioned in the menu cards are applicable for minimum 300 persons. Less than 300 persons the rates may differ.
18. All deals do not include government taxes (GST etc.) all taxes will be applied and chargeable on the total billing amount.
